Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.

Return Window
Due to the international nature of our shipments, we do not accept physical returns. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at otb4lbiz@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send the correct item or issue a full refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at otb4lbiz@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order has likely already been submitted for fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Please contact us at otb4lbiz@gmail.com to initiate this process.
