Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at otb4lbiz@gmail.com.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Times
Our products are fulfilled and shipped from our international fulfillment partner. Please allow the following estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:
- United States: 10–20 business days
- International: 15–30 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.
Shipping Rates
- United States: Free shipping on all orders. Orders under $70 ship for a flat rate of $8.00.
- International: Flat rate of $9.99 per order.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at otb4lbiz@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
